Ayo Vaksin Movement will Be Carried Out in 21 Locations in North Jakarta

North Jakarta Government collaborated with PT. Pelindo II (Persero) and North Jakarta Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) to held Ayo Vaksin (Let's Vaccinate) Movement thus vaccination target could achieved immediately. According to plan, Let's Vaccinate Movement will be carried out in 21 locations in North Jakarta.

We are targeting 350 people to be vaccinated in each locations where Let's Vaccinate Movement activity is held

North Jakarta Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim said, Let's Vaccinate Movement is a part of Serbuan Vaksinasi COVID-19 program which targeted children from age 12, teenager, adult, to elderly.

"It becomes a rescue movement, a humanitarian movement, in which all agencies must be involved, not only government but also private sector thus COVID-19 handling can be carried out simultaneously in order to achieve the vaccination target," he conveyed on the launch of Let's Vaccinate Movement at North Jakarta PMI Jakarta Office, Wednesday (7/7).

North Jakarta PMI Chairperson, Sabri Saiman mentioned, this movement was initiated to accelerate vaccination program for residents thus herd immunity can be achieved immediately.

"We are targeting 350 people to be vaccinated in each locations where Let's Vaccinate Movement activity is held," he asserted.

On the other hand, PT. Pelindo General Manager for Tanjung Priok Branch, Guna Mulyana stated, company was moved to help government and community due to COVID-19 pandemic.

"Hopefully this assistance in form of vaccination can help and be useful for the community. We want everyone to be vaccinated for mutual safety in facing this pandemic," he said.
